This 5-mile race will follow the Ray Miller Trail, which showcases some of the finest ocean views around. There will be some climbing involved as you head towards the Sycamore Canyon, but not to worry you will be rewarded with marvelous views.
25k
The Mugu 25k course is ideal for aspiring mountain runners. The route winds its way from sea level up onto mountainous fire roads, rolling valleys as well a single track in the chaparral forest. You will then circle around the Mugu peak before heading back along the valley for a final 5k descent to the finish.

Parking is free along the Pacific Coastal Hwy, there is no parking in the La Jolla Canyon parking lot.
By Car
From South (Malibu):
Turn North on Pacific Coast Highway until Thornhill Broom Campground. Park diagonally on the right side of road.
From the North (Ventura):
Turn South on Pacific Coast Highway until Thornhill Broom Campground, park parallel on right side of road. Then safely U-Turn and park on the inland side of road.
