The race is at beautiful Rancho Seco Park featuring a lake swim, a road bike course, and a dirt trail run. The TRI for FUN Triathlon features a half-mile swim, 16 mile bike, 3 mile run course. Back in 2019 is our DU for FUN Duathlon with a 1 mile run-16 mile bike-3 mile run course.

The Super Sprint TRI for FUN has a 200 yard swim-4 mile bike-1 mile run course. There is also a Super Sprint Duathlon with a 1 mile run-4 mile bike-1 mile run course.
Tri for Real
These races are held at Rancho Seco Park in Herald, California. The course has a 1.5 k swim - 40 k bike - 10 k run. The Series dates for the three races are: June 9, July 14 & August 11, 2019. Series Awards, including a Free entry into the 2020 Tri for Real Series, will be presented to the top male and female racing all three events in each age group.

8:00 am - Entry into Rancho Seco Park closed from 8 am to 8:30 am due to Super Sprint event bike course closure. Vehicles can park and walk in approximately one mile or wait until the road opens at 8: 20-8:30 am.
