Route information
A criterium (crit) race, riders will race around several laps of the Sonoma County Fairgrounds. The lap begins and ends opposite the Lyttle Cow Palace, on the Carnival Lot. Riders then cycle past the Chris Beck Arena, turning right to pass the Dorfman Ring and Poultry Barn before turning onto Poplar Avenue. Loop around Shade Park, Grace Pavilion, and the House of Flowers before turning back onto Linwood Avenue, via the Mexican Village, to finish the lap at blazing speed on this long, flat stretch of road.
Crit races are bound to a specific length of time - Tuesday Night Twilight races are between 30 and 45 minutes long, therefore the specific number of laps will vary between events.
