Get ready for an adrenaline-pumping adventure at the 2024 Tulsa Triathlon! We're bringing the excitement to Twin Cove Point at Birch Lake for a scenic and challenging multi-sport extravaganza. Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned triathlete, we've got something for everyone with our Sprint, Kid's Tri, Olympic, Aquabike, and Tulsa Half distances.
Build your team spirit by forming a Relay Team, or take on the course solo and show us what you've got. Plus, we care about your safety! Opt for our Safety Swim Wave and tackle the swim with added confidence. And remember, joining the Tulsa Area Triathletes club means joining a family of passionate athletes just like you. While we hope for perfect weather, please note the no-refund policy, and take advantage of the deferral option if necessary. Gear up, dive in, and let's make waves at the Tulsa Triathlon!
