Route information
Distance: 10k & Half Marathon
Elevation 284 ft and 880 ft
Terrain: Trail
Both courses begin at the Turkey Springs Guard Station and participants will head through an uphill section with tree cover before reaching a high of 8,088 feet. They will then stretch downwards through the 3-6k mark to 7,914 feet.
There's a gentle hill for all participants to tackle before they finish the event.
The Half Marathon takes runners down a steep hill at the 4k mark before they tackle some gentle rollers whilst being flanked by the Newt Jack Creek. There's a final hill to tackle at the 18k mark where runners will cross over the CO - 923 on route to the finish line.

Take the CO - 160 and follow before turning onto the 146 and continuing past Turkey Springs Dispersed Camping and arriving at the start line located at Turkey Springs Guard Station.
