Join us on Sunday, September 15th for the 9th Annual Freedom Run, presented by the Twin Rivers YMCA. Enjoy our small town charm and hospitality as we remember those we lost on 9/11. Our opening ceremony will include the singing of the National Anthem and a 21-gun salute, while a large American flag will be flying above the finish line.

Route information
The race starts and finishes at the Twin Rivers YMCA, located in Valley Nebraska. Each distance follows a pancake flat, USATF-certified course for each event. The race is run entirely on roads and is built for fast times and maybe even a PR!
With an out-and-back setup, you'll run along Reichmuth Road in Valley. Those in the 10k and half marathon will pass the Pines Golf Course and run through Valley Shores, before heading back to the finish.

What's included
Each participant will receive a race t-shirt (if registered by August 31st), chip-timed race results (for the 5k, 10k and half marathon), on-course and finish line photography and post-race food and drink. Awards will be given to the top overall male and female performers, as well as the top 3 males and females in each race distance, respectively.
