7:00 A.M. – 8:05 A.M. Fort McHenry gate is open to enter
7:55 A.M. – 8:00 A.M. Opening Ceremonies to begin, Event Welcome
8:00 A.M. – 8:08 A.M. Pre-Race Warm Up Lead by America's Fitness Coach, Monte Sanders
8:10 A.M. Participants to start line
8:11 A.M. – 8:13 A.M. Logistical Announcements
8:15 A.M. 1 Mile Run/Walk Begins
8:21 A.M. – 9:30 A.M. Post-race refreshment distribution
