Vern’s No Frills 5k is held on the third Saturday of every month.

How to enter the Vern's No Frills 5K

Vern's No Frills 5K route

Only 3 turns on the certified course. 3.05 miles of paved trail and only 0.05 of cinders. Very fast! Very stroller friendly!! Dogs welcome with their owners on a leash.

What’s Included

Water provided on the course and after you finish. Gatorade after too while it lasts.

Raceday Logistics

Held every 3rd Sat at 8am. Please arrive between 7-7:30am to allow for plenty of time to get registered. Race day registration only.
