Come run, walk or march in the inaugural Veterans 10K & 5K event this November and honor those who have served. Beginning and ending at the world-renowned World War II Museum in New Orleans, this event is definitely patriotic. Join us for this awesome, family event!

Route description
Route description

Both the 5k and 10k routes will start and finish at the National World War II Museum, the course will take you down Camp Street to Prytania Street and turn left onto Harmony Street.

Runners will then turn right onto St. Charlies Ave. to Lee Circle, onto Andrew Higgins Blvd. and back onto Camp Street to cross the finish line.

5k runners will complete 1 lap of the course and 10k runners 2 laps.

Logistics and schedule

Saturday

11:00am - 5:00pm Registration and packet pick-up

Sunday

5:30am - 7:20am Packet pickup and bag drop opens

7:25am National Anthem

7:30am 10k and 5k start

9:30am Awards Ceremony

8:30am - 11:30am Post race party

Cut-Off Time

The 10k event has a 2 hour cut off time.
