Veterans Day 5K and 1mile run

Ready, set, go for a cause! We're thrilled to announce a heart-pumping race organized by the vibrant spirits at King George High School's DECA club. Dive into the action and sprint across our welcoming track, fields, and lots with every stride supporting the incredible Some Gave All Foundation. This splendid event aids our local heroes, the wounded veterans of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, ensuring your participation echoes gratitude and strength. Come race day, pin your number, lace up those shoes, and remember, it’s a dash for registration between 8:00-8:25 AM before the 1-mile run sets off at 8:30 AM, followed by the 5K runners at 8:45 AM – all culminating in a celebration of champions around 9:30 AM.
