There will be designated areas to pitch your tent and camp. You must register any large vehicles greater that 18ft in length.
There are no utility hook ups on the site so please come prepared to be self sufficient.
Event day logistics
8am All racers start
4pm Last laps start
5pm All laps must be completed.
Lap Timing
For those competing as individuals, the clock your first lap will start at 8am and end when when you pass through the finish.
Team lap times will start when the previous teammate finishes their lap and will stop when you pass through the finish.
Scoring
The number of racer laps will be kept track of by the organiser in real-time. There will be digital touch-screen displays located in the festival near the finish line so you can see how your doing throughout the day.
FAQs
Can I camp at Wente?
Yes, there will be camping spaces, but please book ahead to avoid disappointment. Large vehicles must be registered and will be limited to as few as possible. There won't be any utility hook ups so please be prepared to be self sufficient.
Can I enter Wente as an individual?
Absolutely, this event is open to both teams and individuals.
When can I start my last lap at Wente?
All last laps must be started by 4pm.
