Restored hard-deleted organiser (NOVA-599 ghost backfill). This organiser was hard-deleted before soft-delete tombstones existed; the record was reconstructed from the data warehouse so historical financial entries and registrations keep their organiser attribution. Title and attributes come from the legacy postgres capture.
