Take part in the Peterborough Bike Ride in June and cycle through the picturesque villages of Rockingham Forest. Choose your challenge from 25, 50 or 100 mile routes.

Known to many as the toughest off-road ride in the UK, this seriously challenging event is not to be missed! Two routes to choose from: 35 miles, and the 'Big Daddy' 100 miles with a total climb of over 10,000ft! If you're an experienced off-roader, you can become part of an extra special group of heart heroes. The 100 mile route starts in Winchester; the 35 mile route joins the long route at Devil's Dyke, near Brighton. Both routes finish by the seafront in Eastbourne.

BHF South Downs Way Off-Road Bike Ride

The biggest charity swim in Europe heads back to Bournemouth for 2018. Join hundreds of others and brave the English Channel in this incredible 1.4 mile open water swim. Starting from Bournemouth Pier you will really put your front stroke to the test in this challenging sea swim as you follow the coastline to Boscombe Pier.

Starting in London, this 275 mile ride will take you through glorious English countryside, quiet French country lanes and the rolling green hills of Northern France.

Cycling is France's favourite sport, so dont be surprised when the locals stop to cheer you on in traditional market towns.

The pice de rsistance of this cycle will be the chance to ride the last few miles of the Tour de France route through Paris to finish at the Eiffel Tower. The following day you'll get to soak up the atmosphere of the final stage live from the world famous Champs-lyses.

The ride caters for all levels of ability and this unique cycling experience will see you fully supported by the crew, leaving you to just cycle, enjoy the team spirit and focus on your goal of reaching Paris.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the BHF Sponsored Bike Ride at Goodwood Motor Circuit, as well as the 100th Anniversary of Goodwood opening its doors after the war, even more, a reason to join in the celebrations and support our life-saving research.

Join us on a 2.4-mile tarmac surface round the famous motor circuit. Riders can complete as many laps as they wish, the most completed is up to 50 (120 miles!). Please note this event is not wheelchair accessible except for limited spectator viewing.

Stunning coastal scenes, beautiful forest trails and epic cliffs to climb this is the perfect summer event for mountain bikers of all abilities. Visually stunning and showcasing the best of East Sussex, this ride is not to be missed.

Choose from a beginner friendly 20 mile route, 35 miles or a 45 mile challenge that includes a technical 10 mile loop through Friston Forest that will put even the most experienced mountain bikers to the test.

Take on this exciting and tough multi-activity event in the spectacular landscape of the Snowdonia National Park. You'll challenge yourself mentally and physically as you take on some of the most demanding landscapes in Britain on foot, by bike and in a kayak. Approximately 10.5 miles of off-road cycling, 9 miles trekking and 2.5miles kayaking. 19/20 May.

From steep forest inclines to tricky technical descents, rocky paths to adrenaline pumping single tracks - we've got it all.

The variation means there's something on offer for cyclists of all abilities. There's plenty of technical sections to delight the off-road professional - but at 75 miles, the event also presents an achievable challenge to those new to the sport, especially with the help of our training advice and support.

BHF London to Brighton Off-Road Bike Ride

The trek begins in the ancient Inca Capital of Cosco where well stop for 2 nights to start acclimatising to the altitude. Its then time for an early start where the first part of our trekking begins. First stop, the Lares Valley and hot springs.

We'll then head deep into the mountains and stop off in villages along the way. Well first see the spectacular view of Machu Picchu from the Sun Gate, and then its time to explore the extraordinary Inca remains. The trek then ends back in Cusco where its time to celebrate and reflect on all of your hard work!
