Back for another year, come and 'run with the cows' at the annual 5/15 Farm Run. Supporting The Ottawa Hospital Foundation, bring the whole family to take part in either the 5K, 15K or 1K Kids Run. See you for a lovely evening run on the farm!

Route information
Participants will run clockwise around the 5 kilometer loop, promising a scenic tour of the farm. The route is flat, fast and even underfoot, taking place primarily on concrete paths and roads.

Green Bib Registration
To help participants who are keen to reduce their environmental footprint and support their community, Run Ottawa have introduced the Green Bib registration option. Note when purchasing a Green Bib ticket, you will not receive a medal, instead opt-ing to donate $5 to The Ottawa Hospital Foundation.
