The Dell Technologies Management Challenge brings together teams of six for a wild weekend out of the office. Taking place between Thursday 4 β Saturday 6 June 2026, the adventure race event aims to optimise management and team performance whilst delivering positive charitable outcomes.
Teams are challenged across two days of canoeing, mountain biking, running, hiking, map reading, archery and mind puzzle stages, alongside opportunities for senior-level networking, and celebrating with team mates and competitors.
An inspiring keynote speaker will be announced for the 2026 event. Past speakers have included Bonita Norris, Sean Conway, Alex Danson MBE, Baroness Tani Grey-Thompson, Lowri Morgan and Chrissie Wellington OBE.

- A 2 day Adventure Race (canoeing, mountain biking, running, hiking, map reading,archery and more)
- Management development, through team participation in the adventure race and supporting challenges, puzzles, forums and a keynote speaker session
- Senior level networking, with representatives from Dell Technologies and other participating teams and partners
- Charity fundraising (for 2026 charity of the year Thames Hospice)
