2027 Life Time Kid's Run Miami Field Day

Get ready for Kids Run Miami with a morning of movement, fun, and family at Life Time Coral Gables!

Join us on Sunday, November 8, for the Kids Run Miami Field Day, a community event to help young runners prepare for the Life Time Kids Run Miami while creating an unforgettable experience for the entire family.

Kids will have the opportunity to build confidence and have fun through instructor-led running drills, agility stations, relay races, and a short community run. Parents are encouraged to participate alongside their children, cheer them on, and enjoy a morning centered around movement and community.

Following the training session, stick around for family-friendly activities, sponsor activations, refreshments, recovery experiences, and plenty of opportunities to connect with other Kids Run Miami families.

Whether your child is preparing to run their first mile or is already excited for race day, this event is the perfect way to build confidence, create memories, and celebrate the journey to the finish line together.
