Pound the Ground in Pink

Designed with mixed abilities in mind, this 10km loop offers a smooth, highly accessible route that keeps steep climbs to an absolute minimum. Beginning at Purley Baptist Church, the course gently navigates paved footpaths northward toward South Croydon before winding through the picturesque, well-surfaced green avenues of Lloyd Park and Coombe Wood. The terrain consists almost entirely of flat pavements, solid park paths, and hard-packed greenways, featuring only minor, gradual inclines that make it well-suited for all fitness levels—from seasoned walkers to total beginners. With plenty of bench seating, café stops, and accessible toilet facilities along the way, participants are encouraged to move at their own comfortable pace.
