Route information
Come out for the largest Gran Fondo in North America - it truly is a ride of a lifetime. This route takes a whopping 5,000 cyclists along the stunning Sea-to-Sky Highway on the only day of the year when there's no traffic.
With every breath filling with mountain air, your lungs won't even notice you pumping up the hills. If you are looking for a slightly less strenuous adventure the 55KM ride is the perfect place for you.
For the true cycling enthusiasts this event includes access to Vancouver's premier bike expo and a chance to try out the best wares around.

How to get there

Get full directionsPassengers/Participants: This race is a one-way route from Vancouver to Whistler and as such participants will need to organise their transportation back down from Whistler. You can either organise this independently or you can get in touch with RBC Gran Fondo directly at Info@rbcgranfondo.com if you would like to join a passenger bus back to Vancouver.
Bike transportation: The participants will be unable to travel with their bikes if they are booking through RBC GranFondo, but their bikes will be transported down to Vancouver on Sunday (time is TBD).

FAQs
Where can I buy the kit for RBC GranFondo Whistler?
Kit is available online and during the event. RBC will have pop-up stores throughout the year at different locations, but supplies are limited so please get in touch sooner rather than later.
How do I get myself and my bike back down to Vancouver after the event?
Participants will be able to book transportation for themselves and their bikes (separately) by emailing info@rbcgranfondo.com. Please note that you will not be able to travel with your bike, but you will be able to collect it on Sunday once you are back in Vancouver.
I have a severe allergy what accommodations can be made?
Please let RBC Gran Fondo know about any and all food related allergies, especially if they are severe and they will try to accommodate all of them as much as possible.
Where is the after-party at RBC Gran Fondo Whistler?
The after-party will go on from 9PM to 2AM at Tommy's Lounge X Nightclub in Whistler.
