Starting at the North Tahoe Regional Park, the 5K course is flat and fast, while the 10K run includes a challenging climb, before the route finishes on the beach.

FAQs
What does Youth/Senior mean for the Run To The Beach?
Youth runners are those aged 18 and under. Senior runners are aged 62 or older.
Can I wear headphones at the Run To The Beach?
It is not encouraged to wear headphones, both for your own personal enjoyment of the race and for the safety of your fellow runners. Running without headphones will allow you to appreciate the race environment, build camaraderie with other runners, and hear instructions and encouragement from volunteers.
Are dogs allowed at the Run To The Beach?
No dogs are allowed on the course. In the venue area, dogs are permitted but should be kept on a leash at all times.
