Welcome to the annual Sproul 10K, also known as the "toughest 10K in Pa". Runners will get their heart pumping climbing up McCloskey Mountain and then come screaming down the other side to the finish.

The 2019 Run Germantown 5K and 10K races will be held in the Wissahickon, with the start/finish lines near the fabulous The Cedars House, where runners can grab a quick and warm bite for breakfast, or join fellow runners for after race snacks. The 5K race will be run on Forbidden Drive, flat trail, with the 10K race run on both Forbidden Drive and the parts of the Yellow Trail.

Join us for the 4th Annual Run for Roger! Run for Roger is in loving memory of Roger P. O'Malley Jr. Roger was only 41 years old when he passed away on February 23rd, 2015 after suffering a massive heart attack. Roger was born and raised in Dunmore, PA. He graduated from Dunmore High School and went on to study at The Lackawanna College Police Academy in Scranton, PA as well as The Federal Bureau of Prisons Academy in Glynco, GA. Roger was a correctional officer at the Federal Corrections Institute in Otisville, NY after serving as a Dunmore Police Officer. Roger was a devoted husband and a father to three beautiful children.
Enjoy this course as it rolls through the largest Old Order Amish Community in the US. You will have breathtaking views from vistas that you wont get anywhere else. You will see working Amish farms, clothes lines full of crisp, clean laundry, the colors of autumn and be greeted by waving Amish families as you run past their homes. Prizes will be handmade items from these amazing artisans. Food, fun and more makes this a great event for all ages and families too.
The annual Richard S. Caliguiri City of Pittsburgh Great Race started in 1977, when former Pittsburgh Mayor Richard S. Caliguiri established the race as a community fun run. Since that inaugural competition, 250,000 people have participated in the Great Race, making the event the largest 10K race in Pennsylvania. The popular fall fitness classic has expanded to include a 5K run/walk, a running clinic, the Junior Great Race, Great Race Expo, and more.
APPALACHIAN BIKE TRAIL RUN: Kickoff for the Fabulous 70s Art Festival. The trail run begins where the trail crosses the Smithton, PA bridge. Run is followed by awards and an optional light breakfast. This run proceeds the interactive art festival.

Mountain Watershed Association and the Youghiogheny Riverkeeper would like to announce the inaugural Ohiopyle Falls & Trails Trilogy in Ohiopyle State Park. The festivities and races will take place Saturday, Oct. 12, and Sunday, Oct. 13. This series of races will highlight the variety of recreational activities the river valley provides by giving river and trail lovers alike a weekend of paddling over the Ohiopyle Falls, trail running and mountain biking. Take part in all or just one race, come to watch, or do a little bit of both.

Join us for the 13th Annual American Red Cross Vampire 5K. There will be awards for the top 3 male and female finishers and in all age groups. There will also be a team award for the top three teams and costume prizes for the top three costumes. The 5K course is relatively flat. The 10K course has some elevation. This is a great event for all skill levels of running and walking. The participation ranges from highly competitive running and walking to a fun friendly run or walk. Some decide to wear costumes and others just bring their game face. Please join the fun and participate in our yearly event where all proceeds go to the American Red Cross PA Mountains Chapter which provides humanitarian services to our local communities. Blood donations during the month of September will also get you a free entry into the race. Please send in a completed flier is you have donated blood during September.
The 8th annual Runners World Half & Festival welcomes runners of all levels to a one-of-a-kind weekend that covers a full 26.2 miles over three days, from a 3.8-mile trail race to a half marathon. Join us for one, or race them all with one of our multi-distance challenges.
Fall back to into fitness for the sixth annual Oy Vey 5K and 10K event! Choose between the Oy Vey 5K (a relatively flat out-and-back) or the Double Oy Vey 10K. Immediately following the races there will be refreshments served and an awards ceremony.
This 10K begins at the base of the Ben Franklin Bridge on the New Jersey side, crosses the bridge, doubles back, takes you through the waterfront area and finishes on Delaware Ave in Camden NJ. A two-mile bridge walk immediately follows the start of the run. A Kids Event takes place during the race.
Sussex County Womens Forum (SCWF) is a 501C (3) non-profit organization dedicated to assisting women and their families. The SCWF strives to provide early detection services, support and resources to the women of Sussex and surrounding counties.
Participants will do a 10k trail run/hike through the Tioga State Forest. Terrain consists of old grades, a few steep slopes, snowmobile trails, stream crossings, dirt roads, and single lane trails.
The race will be run on the scenic Grings Mill canal path. 5k and 10k with a half mile Kids Fun race for 12yrs and under. This is a whole family event
US Road Running is holding a 10K Relay Race. The course is a loop course. Each person runs/walks .52 miles around the loop to the start and switches off with your best friend. Each person runs/walks a total of 3.1 miles. This total as a team is 6.2 miles.
Your 5K or 10K trek will take you through the Trexler Game Preserve, a serene animal sanctuary that totals more than 1200 acres.
Join us for the Annual Run4Sam 4mi/10K race, at Grings Mill Park. It is in honor and memory of Samuel Brooklyn Reed, a former Schuylkill Valley High School cross country runner whose life was taken September 1, 2007 by a hit and run, drunk driver while he was attending the University of Pittsburgh.
