Email Campaign Builder: From insight to send, without leaving Nova


Until recently, Nova could tell you which participants hadn't come back this year, which channels were driving registrations, and which audiences were worth re-engaging. To do almost anything with that information, you had to leave Nova and rebuild the segment manually somewhere else.
Now Nova can create audience segments and draft email campaigns for you, straight from the chat.
The problem
Analysis is only useful if you can act on the associated recommendations quickly. If Nova surfaces that 1,200 participants who finished last year's half marathon haven't registered for this year, that's helpful to know. But having this information isn't helpful in isolation. It's all about what you do with it.

From any Nova chat, you can now:
- Create audience segments in the Let's Do This Email campaign builder. Ask for "everyone who ran our Spring Marathon last year but hasn't signed up this year" and Nova will identify the relevant audience, then create the segment once you approve.
- Draft and create email campaigns. Turn any segment into a campaign with subject line and body copy, ready to review, edit, and schedule.
- List existing campaigns. See what's already in flight so you can pick up where you left off.
Nova proposes a comprehensive plan for you to review and adjust. Nothing gets sent without an explicit confirmation step.
