Over the last year, event attendees have been asked to submit reviews for this season’s UK challenge events on Let’s Do This, from 5k fun runs to ultra marathons and full-distance triathlons. The top-rated UK events, alongside the best international events and the best of the rest categories, have been nominated for the voting stage of The Challenge Awards, starting on Monday August 19th.

Who is behind The Challenge Awards?

The Challenge Awards is presented by Runner's World and powered by Let’s Do This. The awards have no affiliation with any event organiser or industry stakeholder and are entirely financed by Let’s Do This and its sponsors. We rely entirely on the public to tell us the best events across each category.

How can I get a ticket?

Anyone who leaves a vote is entered into a prize draw. 10 names will be randomly selected on 15 September and invited to attend. 50 Runners-up will be given a Let’s Do This technical running t-shirt.

When does voting close?

Voting closes at midnight on Sunday, 15th September.

Who can vote?

Anyone can vote! To leave a vote, you must first register with Let’s Do This. This is quick and easy and helps guarantee the legitimacy of the awards.

How many votes do I get?

Everyone gets one vote per category.

When does the season run from?

For the purpose of The Challenge Awards, this season refers to all events from 12 August 2018 to 11 August 2019.
