Tackle the 5th race in this fantastic winter off-road duathlon series. Take in great scenery as you explore depths of the Thetford Series. This mixed terrain course caters for all abilities and ages with junior races too - the terrain is not technical and is easy to traverse.

Route information

Adult Duathlon

This duathlon is fully off-road, consisting of a 2.3k run, 7k bike ride, followed by a final 2.3k run. The course will be fully marked and there will be marshals at key locations to help guide you. This mixed terrain course consists of sand, grass and hardpacked trails without anything too technical, making it perfect for beginners.

Junior Duathlon

Traffic-free off-road route at High Lodge, Thetford Forest. Participants stay within sight of marshals and complete laps of course with distance depending on age group entered.

5-8 year olds - 330m run (1 lap) / 750m bike (1 laps) / Short dash to finish line (100m's)
7-9 year olds - 330m run (1 lap) / 1.5k bike (2 laps) / 330m run (1 lap)
10-13 year olds - 330m run (1 lap) / 2.25k bike (3 laps) / 330m run (1 lap)
