The course starts by Tower Bridge, taking in Canary Wharf, Wapping, Bermondsey, Rotherhithe and Deptford before finishing next to the Cutty Sark ship in Greenwich.

Participants are asked to use public transport to reach the Start Area. There will be no parking available and some roads will be closed for the event.
The closest stations are Fenchurch Street (National Rail), London Bridge (National Rail), Tower Hill (London Underground) and Tower Gateway (Docklands Light Railway).
