Age Requirements

All runners must be aged 17 or older on the day of the event.

Race Packs

You can choose to pay £1.20 to have your race pack posted to you in advance, or choose to collect your number for free on the morning of the event from registration.

Charity Entry

You can select a charity place for free, (you must choose from the list of charity partners), and by doing so you agree to fundraise a minimum of £125 for that charity and consent EPIC Norfolk to sharing your contact details with them. You will also agree that if you are unable to participate on the day, you will be liable for paying the entry fee (£30) to the charity.
