Route information
This 6 Hour Challenge will see runners take on as many laps as they can round Bedford International Athletic Stadium. Taking on the 400 metre track for 6 hours is a daunting task but, with an aid station available each lap you can stop to refuel as many times as you wish. There will also be toilets and changing rooms accessible throughout the challenge.
Don't worry about getting dizzy, you will run the first 3 hours anti-clockwise, then clockwise for the second 3 hours! Taking on this challenge gives a unique navigation-free way to take on an Ultra Marathon, or a distance you haven't completed before.
All runners will be chip-timed and the results will be calculated from how many laps you have completed, not the distance on your watch.
