Route information
This popular event returns to RunThrough in 2025. Join us for a flat and fast 5k & 10k course in the heart of South London, with great PB potential.
Each kilometre is accurately marked out with signposts and we have a great team of helpers to encourage you on your way to the finish line! The route is a looped course, with 1.5 laps for the 5k & 3 laps for the 10k.

Get full directionsIt is highly advised that you either walk, cycle or use public transport when attending the event.
By Car
There is parking on the roads around the park. There is a small car park next to the leisure centre and pool right next to the start, however, this will fill up quickly so it's best to find spaces on the surrounding roads.
By Tube/Train
Herne Hill is the nearest station to the the park, less than 5 minutes walk. The park is also within walking distance from North Dulwich, Loughborough Junction & Brixton stations.
By Foot
The park is easily accessible by both foot and cycle. Cycle parking is available in the park. Look for the Brockwell Lido within the park and you will be able to spot us.

Water/Aid Stations
There will be water provided on every lap of the course. 5k runners will pass the water station 1 time and the 10k runners will pass 3 times. All runners will be provided with water when they cross the finish line.
Race Pack
Race Packs must be collected on the day of the event, before the start of your race, from registration. Please be aware that you will not receive anything in the post.
