Is there a sleep station at the Epona 100?
There is one official sleep station at the Crickhowell Checkpoint at the 56 mile mark. Camp beds and shelter will be supplied, but runners must bring their own blankets, sleeping bags and pillows. Electricity will also be available to recharge your electronics.

Am I allowed a crew or a pacer during the Epona 100?
Crews are allowed at checkpoints but they must stay outside checkpoint tents or buildings as space will be limited. Pacers are also allowed, but you can only have one pacer at a time, and they may not carry your gear for you.
