Route information
The swim takes place in the glourious Blue Lagoon. The bike route will take you around the fast and flat roads of the Southern tip of North Yorkshire. The run goes through quiet roads around the Blue Lagoon on the quiet country roads of Womersley and the surrounding villages. For each section of the triathlon athletes competing in the quarter distance will do 1 lap with half distance athletes completing two laps.
The distances are slightly different to an official distance Triathlon but the Half Triathlon is very close to a classic Half Iron Distance.

What are the distances at the Evolve Half and Quarter Triathlons?
The quarter triathlon is 1k swim, 45k bike and 10k Run. The half triathlon is 2k swim, 90k bike and 20k run.
Do I get a medal for finishing the Evolve Half and Quarter Triathlons?
Yes all finishers will receive a bespoke finishers medal.
