Route information

Route Type: Obstacle course

This mud obstacle course will take you through a series of challenging obstacles as they climb, crawl and slide through your choice of a 4k junior course, 6k, 10k or 10 miler.

Tackle some technical tire shuttle runs, cargo nets, monkeys bars and electric shock wires on your way to the the finish line. There's also a 100 meter slip and slide which is the longest in the UK Mud Calendar so look forward to careering downhill into a pool of water. We will have a number of new and updated obstacles for the 2026 event to look forward to!

There are also tight tunnels and high climbs for all to take on, making this event perfect for anyone looking to conquer their fears.

There will be a warm up at the start of the event led by expert PT Lyndsey Ferguson.

There are 20 obstacles over the 3 mile course.

10 Mile will complete 3 laps
10k will complete 2 laps
5k will complete 1 full lap
Junior 4k racers will complete a slightly shorter full lap with only a few obstacles excluded

Parking

There is parking available with the capacity for 1000 cars at CA8 2JR (not exact). Please follow signage to the event from the A69 to A689, this costs £5 on the day.

Directions

Follow the M6 and turn onto the A69 through Warwick on Eden. Follow until the left turning at the A689 and then take the right onto Carlisle Road.

Race HQ is located opposite Serenity Beauty Spa.

Start Waves

The event organiser will be in touch 3 weeks before the event with the key event information and your final wave time.

Race Packs

Race pack information will be emailed to participants and race bib collection will be available on the day of the event, do not expect anything in the post.

Age Requirements

Ages of 5 and above are welcome to enter the 4k Family / Junior event. Ratios of 1 adult to 1 child for ages 5-7 and 1 adult to 5 children for ages 8-11.

T-Shirt

All participants will win an awesome custom event T-shirt, get ready to wear your commemorative tee with pride. T-shirts will be collected on event day.

Drinks

All finishers will receive a free soft drink after completing their event. Enjoy your beverage, you've earned it.

Facilities

Toilets will also be provided for all runners.

We are aiming to have shower facilities for the 2027 event however we will keep you updated as to how this will look. A change of clothes is definitely recommended!

Event Rules

Please arrive 30 minutes before your selected wave. Electronic waivers must be signed before arriving, if you are aged under 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian.

The course will be way marked for all participants who will be directed to their next obstacle. Participants can also skip obstacles if they wish.

Earphones are not allowed at the event.

Bag Drop

Bag drop is available at the event site.

Water Stations

There are 2 water stations on the 10 mile and 10k course and 1 on the 6k course.

Photography

Photographers will be on the course to photograph you waltzing your way through the various obstacles on your route. Our photographers do an amazing job and we would prefer to let them do their jobs on site while you enjoy watching your friends and family, we ask no professional photography equipment on site.

Entries on the day

On-the-day entries are permitted but the price will be higher and there may be a wait for your wave until there is space to enter you.
