Route information
First Aid support will be provided by Mountain Trauma, and will be available on the course and at the finish.
There are several water stations located around the race route and at the finish area.

Get full directionsParking
There is limited car parking on the Grasmere Sports Field site for competitors (LA22 9SJ). Please arrive in good time to park and be aware that you may need to park in the village. There is a National Park pay & display car park next to the sports field.
We would encourage you to car share wherever possible to limit the effect on the site and environment. Parking at the sports field is free, but donations would be appreciated (donation boxes will be available).
Public transport
Grasmere is well served by buses; the Stagecoach 555 and 599 are the most regular services. The nearest bus stop to the Sports Field registration area is located at Stock Lane (for the 555), immediately adjacent to the site, or Dove Cottage (for the 599).
Event day logistics
Baggage
The event aren’t able to offer any dedicated baggage storing facilities. Those of you who park on the Sports Field site may be best advised to leave any baggage in your car. Any items left in the registration tent are done so at your own risk; please do not leave any valuables.
