Heart and Soul Fest 2027

Heart & Soul Fest is a full weekend of running, fitness, adventure, wellness, music and community on the Northumberland coast.

Taking place at Druridge Bay Country Park, the festival brings together runners, fitness lovers, families, clubs and communities for three days built around getting outside, challenging yourself and having a seriously good time while doing it.

At the centre of the weekend is Heart Break Lake, our unique endurance running experience around the lake, with 24-hour, 12-hour and 4-hour options available for solo runners, pairs and teams. You choose how hard you want to push it. Race for the win, chase a personal challenge, or simply keep moving with your team and soak up the atmosphere.

But Heart & Soul Fest is much more than a race.

Across the weekend you can expect fitness competitions, guided runs and hikes, sea dips, wellness sessions, yoga and Pilates, recovery experiences, live music, DJs, food and drink, brand activations, run clubs, talks, challenges and plenty more happening around the festival site.

Camping is part of the experience, with the site becoming its own community for the weekend. Arrive Friday, set up camp and settle into the festival before the main programme gets underway.

Whether you are coming to race for 24 hours, take on a challenge with your mates, explore the coast, train, recover, dance, eat, drink or simply spend the weekend surrounded by like-minded people, Heart & Soul Fest is built for you.
