The second event in The Tour promises to be a serious challenge. Hell on the Fell is a hilly 6 mile route starting in Stalybridge and heading up to the Trigg point on Copley Fell. You will be rewarded with fantastic views and a great atmosphere throughout.

Route information
The Hell on the Fell is the second stage in The Tour, a four day running festival that takes in the very best sights of Tameside. This 6-mile run is considered the most iconic run of the 4. The route itself takes place on closed roads and takes in the best of the local scenery. The route starts out fairly easily for the first mile but don't get too comfortable, there are some challenging hills later in the run!

Copley Leisure Centre is situated just east of Ashton under Lyne and can be accessed from the A6018, with the leisure centre located on the B6175.
