About

Join us for the London Training Night on Friday 7th August 2026!
Take your training further with a free coach-led session at Battersea Park, delivered by our experienced RunThrough Coaches.
This structured training night is designed to help runners build endurance, improve pacing and develop stronger running mechanics through a mix of threshold work, speed-focused efforts and guided running drills. Alongside the session, our coaches will share practical insights into the key principles of endurance training and effective pacing.
This session combines lactate threshold development with neuromuscular speed and anaerobic stimulation. The longer efforts help build aerobic strength and control “comfortably hard” running, while the shorter reps sharpen leg speed, running economy and the ability to change pace under fatigue.
The focus is to bridge endurance and speed within the same session, helping runners maintain form and efficiency while moving between controlled threshold effort and faster, sharper running. It is a great opportunity to improve fatigue resistance, race responsiveness and confidence when holding pace late in a race.
Whether you’re working towards your next PB, looking to improve your pacing or keen to learn from experienced coaches in a supportive setting, this free London Training Night is a brilliant way to boost your running.
Secure your free place today and join us for a focused evening of training in London.
