Route information
There are four epic mud events on the day to choose from:
3km Kids & Adults Challenge - A fun but challenging event specifically for kids (and big kids aka parents) taking in mud, water, foam, and more mud. For children from the age of 5 upwards, that are accompanied by a participating parent or supervising adult guardian.
3km Kids 12+ Challenge – A fun but challenging experience for children age 12 running solo, in a variety of terrain, mud, water, foam and more mud.
5km Challenge – A challenging but doable and fun experience for adults aged 17+ wanting to get muddy.
10km Challenge – More distance, more of everything. Not for lightweights. Minimum age 17

Do I have to accompany my child in the 3km Kids & Adult Challenge course at the MacTuff Really Muddy Run
Yes. All children up to the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the course. Adults are required to register and enter as a participant. Children must be accompanied by an adult on the following basis: Age 5 - 1 to 1; Age 6 to 7 - 1 to 3; Ages 8 to 9, 1 to 4; Ages 10+, 1 to 5.
