This event offers three scenic routes, all beginning and ending at Marlow Rugby Club along the River Thames. The 5km is perfect for beginners, providing a shorter, accessible trail. The 10km allows you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the area with extra loops, while the Half Marathon presents a greater challenge, taking you deeper into the stunning countryside with breathtaking views of the Thames Valley. Each course highlights the serene and iconic landscape of the region.

By Car
The nearest motorway junctions are J8/9 of the M4 and J4 of the M40.
Parking
Limited parking is available from 7:00am at Marlow Rugby Union Football Club for a fee of £5 per car. Participants are encouraged to walk, cycle or car share to the event to help keep parking to a minimum. Parking must be booked in advance and can be purchased online when signing up to the event. Local residential areas will not be available to park.

Rolling Start
Participants will head off in small waves every few minutes creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. This helps to keep the course clear of congestion and avoids any accidents. If you're planning on running fast, please make sure you are at the front of the first wave.
Facilities
- There will be plenty of toilets available
- Bag drop (£2.50 per bag)
- Many drink stations throughout the course
- Lead cyclist for first wave
- Various catering options serving hot and cold food and beverages.
Restrictions
- Participants for the half marathon must be 17 years old and above. Those for the 5k & 10k must be 15 and above.
- Noise-cancelling headphones are prohibited. Use of other headphones is discouraged in order for you to hear instructions from event officials.
- The event is not suitable for buggies, pushchairs etc. due to the uneven terrain.
Prizes
There will be prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female finishers in the event.
