New Forest Triathlon & Duathlon

Triathlon with open water lake swim in the beautifully clean and sheltered Ellingham Lake. The bike leg will take in rolling terrain across the North of the New Forest (all on road); the run course is out-and-back, almost entirely off-road on good surfaces, with the occasional hill to keep it interesting! Option for novice event with a shorter swim and run. Based at Moyles Court School, Ringwood. Wetsuits compulsory.
