This beginner-friendly triathlon will take entrants on a pool swim before heading out into the Cheshire countryside and around the stunning Barony park before crossing the finish line. There is a lot of races on offer catering for all abilities. Race to the finish to earn your finisher's medal.

Route information
The swim will take place in a heated outdoor pool, and the bike course spans 21k of Cheshire countryside with an elevation gain of 340ft and a loss of 334ft. The bike route follows a loop up to Cholmondeston and near Church Minshull before heading back towards the start line. Last up, entrants will take on a run to complete the triathlon.

Age Requirements
All entrants must be 16 and over to enter the event.
Race Packs
All race day information, including bib numbers, will be emailed to competitors 7-10 days before the event. Race packs themselves will be available to collect from registration on the day. Each pack will include
- Race numbers x2
- Bike sticker x2
- Helmet sticker x1
- Electronic timing chip
Kit List
- Please bring your own swim cap to the event, if you do not have one please ask at registration and the organisers will provide you with one.
- Helmets must be worn during the bike section of the course and clipped before the bike is touched.
- Any type of bike can be used as long as it is deemed road-worthy.
- Wetsuits are not permitted for this pool swim.
Pink Wave
To encourage more women to have a go there is a pink wave for all women working in partnership with Cancer Research UK. UK triathlon will donate £10 from every Pink Wave entry to Cancer Research Uk.
