On A Plod is a 5-hour, backyard-style running event that feels more like an all day running festival than a traditional race.

Live tracking, rolling leaderboards, DJs, unreal brands and unlimited beers - all built around a fast, flat 3km loop along the river and through Salford Quays*.*

Every lap starts and finishes at our race hub at Steel Foundry, so you’re never far from your mates, the music or the atmosphere. Run one loop or keep stacking them for the full 5 hours - you choose your finish line.

Backed by Jubel, Tenzing, ESN, Ovrload, Wintergreen, Truestart Coffee & Windup, you’ll be fuelled, refreshed and looked after all day - whether you’re chasing laps or cheering from the sidelines.

A fast, flowing city loop starting and finishing at Steel Foundry in Salford Quays, blending riverside paths and scenic stretches.

You’ll head out towards The Quays before looping back along the river. Every lap brings you straight back into Steel Foundry - meaning full access to the music, your mates, and our unreal partners before heading back out to go again.
