Route information
Speed through London's Olympic Park and get inspired by the sporting history at this amazing location. Great for first-time runners or seasoned athletes, the course takes you around the landmarks of the 2012 Games. Come for the stimulating surroundings or for the themed finisher's medal.
This flat route will take you through the incredible grounds of the North Park in London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Course marshals will be stationed at all crucial points throughout the race and there are refreshment stations on the course.
Runner's aren't tied to the distances they've signed up for. You can choose to switch races on the day.

09:30 10k and 5k races start
11:00 Event ends
*Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of the race to allow enough time to complete the registration process, attach your race number, drop your bag and warm up.
Age Requirements
- 5k: Entrants must be 11 years of age or older to participate
- 10k: Entrants must be 15 years of age or older to participate
TOILETS
There will be on-site toilets located at Timberlodge Cafe where the Event Village is located.
REFRESHMENTS
There will be water provided at the 2.5k point of the race, and there will also be water available at the finish along with your post race goodies and medal.
RESULTS
Results will be available on www.runthrough.co.uk after the race.
