TEAM PRIZES
RunThrough Relays is a celebration of running, teamwork, and community, where you can RUN IT TOGETHER, sharing the joy of racing with your team mates. It’s a high-energy, social race for runners of all levels.
This fully accessible 5km route (completed once by each team member) starts and finishes at Riverside East, offering a flat and smooth course ideal for all participants, including wheelchair users. With easy paths winding past iconic landmarks like the ArcelorMittal Orbit and the London Aquatics Centre, with event marshals stationed along the way to ensure safety and support for everyone.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The closest stations to the park are Stratford, Stratford International, Hackney Wick, Pudding Mill and Leyton.
Regular bus services run from Central London into Stratford City bus station.
PARKING
There is paid parking available in Westfield Stratford City.
Event day logistics
18:30 pm - 5K start all teams
20:30 pm - Race End
CUT OFF
Please note there is a 2hr30min cut off on this race.
LAPS
Each runner will complete 2 loops (5K)
MINIMUM AGE
18 years and above
BAGGAGE
We will have a secure area in the Event Village where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number. You simply tear it off and attach it to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff and they will help you find your baggage.
TOILETS
Will be available inside riverside East.
REFRESHMENTS
Riverside East Restaurant will be open, offering a variety of refreshments and delicious meals for your enjoyment. Get down early or stay on after the race to enjoy your free drink and meal. During the race there will be water provided at the 2.5k point of the race, and there will also be water available at the finish along with your post race goodies and medal.

Results will be available here immediately after the race.
