This super event is the perfect opportunity to run past some of London's most iconic locations.

Whether you want to run, walk, or jog the 5k, this event is fit for the whole family. Starting at St Paul's Cathedral, the event travels across Millennium Bridge, past the Tate Modern, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, the Shard, and Tower Bridge.

Then, the superheroes will fly back to the start along the historic Southbank to complete a successful 5k.

Runners must be 8 and older to enter the event. All runners between 8-18 run free but must run accompanied by an adult.

Paternoster Square is located just behind St Pauls Cathedral. Its recommended that entrants travel by public transport to the event site, which is easily accessible by tube, train, and bus.

By Tube

Paternoster Square is a 2 minute walk from St Pauls tube station which is served by the central line. Mansion House station is also a short walk from the event site.

The City Thameslink station is also just a 6 minute walk from the square.

No, a bespoke medal, cape, and mask are all included in the registration fee.

Will there be a bag drop at the Superhero in the City?
No, there will not be a bag drop at the event but you are allowed to run with a bag.

Will there be someone taking photos of the event?
Yes, the organisers have arranged for a photographer and a filmmaker to capture the event. If you'd rather not be included in these please let the organisers know on the day of the event.

What colours do the Superhero costumes come in?
The mask and cape come in red, blue, black, and green, which you can choose at registration.

Are there kids Superhero outfits available?
Yes there are kids outfits available for children on the day. Kids are also welcome to wear their own outfit if they'd like!

Are the costumes at the Superhero in the City recyclable?
Yes, the outfits are recyclable and there will be recycling points at the end of the race for those who don't want to keep the costumes.

The minimum size for a group entry is 2 people. For larger groups please contact the organiser at [email protected]

Yes, there are a limited number of places for children so you can only register 4. If you'd like to bring a larger group, please contact the event organisers to see if there's anything they can do.
