Very nice experience. I only started running at the end of April, so this was my first challenge. Great course (even if a bit hilly to start), lovely people and would certainly do this again. Well done

For our first event, the route and set up was great. The wait at the start was a bit stressful with no clear direction about waves - might have helped to have wave info before getting to the start line.

My dog and I had a fabulous first experience of running a Canicross race! Definitively want to come back again! The course was beautiful and undulating providing us with the right amount of challenge. Found the marshalls to be fantastic and really encouraging around the course. Being a "newbie" I did find the start a bit confusing, but as soon as we started running everything was perfectly straightforward.

It was a great run but I had expected there to be water available for dogs - at least at the end, considering that there is quite a wall back to the car after. Ideally for the 10k I think there should have been a water station for dogs and humans half way round. The start also felt a bit chaotic - when I’ve been previously we were started in waves which worked well.
