This route will be ideal for the beginner cyclist or families who want a route to complete together. Heading out of the stunning village, riders will pass through Billingborough and towards Horbling before taking the scenic west bound journey. Carefully selected, this route is on quiet rolling country roads with minimal traffic to ensure riders of all abilities can feel safe and enjoy the Sportive.

This route is aimed at the more dedicated cyclist or those of you who want to test yourself. With over 2000ft of elevation this will definitely quash the myth that Lincolnshire is flat. Again heading out in a westerly direction riders will skirt south of Grantham before heading down towards the picturesque county border with Rutland. This route will have an aid station at around 30 miles before cyclists head back through the stunning towns of Castle Bytham, Swayfield and Grimsthorpe to name a few.

This option is not for the faint hearted. 86.9 miles. 4134 ft of elevation. Steepest climb 11%. The course is ready are you?
Aimed at the keen cyclists, this Long course should have a little something for everyone. As with the Medium route, riders will get to visit the aid station at 30 miles and then again at 61 miles. Crossing through three counties and multiple districts riders will be treated to some amazing views, challenging climbs, fast descents, twists and turns etc. This really will offer every rider a complete experience.

There will be an aid station for the 55 and 87-mile rides. These will be located at the following points:

Get full directionsBy Car
Take the A1 and follow past Peterborough, then take the A52 turning and continue towards Billingborough.
There's a turning off Holland Road just after Threekingham which takes participants through Horbling and Sempringham before reaching The Grange Spa on Millthorpe Road next to Pointon.
Parking
Free parking is available at the Spa site. Further details on this will be provided closer to raceday.

Race packs will be available to collect on the morning of the event.
Age Requirements
- 20 miles: All entrants must be 10 years of age or older to participate
- 55 miles: All entrants must be 14 years of age or older to participate
- 87 miles: All entrants must be 16 years of age or older to participate
*Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a nominated adult at all times at the event.

Post-race activities
There will be a variety of post-race activities on offer, including stalls, food offerings and a live band. Soak in the lively atmosphere, you've earned it.
Cut-off times
As the event aims to be as inclusive as possible, there is no cut-off time for the 20 and 55 mile events. Riders must have arrived at the first aid station by 11:30. Those who have not will be directed onto the medium route.
Aid Stations
There is a single aid station located at the 30-mile mark, this will be visited once on the 55-mile and twice on the 87-mile events.

What age do I have to be to compete in the The Grange Spa Sportive 2023?
You must be aged at least 10 to enter the 20 miler. Those competing in the 55 miler must be aged at least 14. Those competing in the 87 miler must be aged at least 16. Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a nominated adult at all times at the event.
