Route information

The race is a 1 mile lap from Leas Foot Sands out and through the arch and back. If you're in the 2 and 3 mile options, there will be a short exit onto the beach before re-entering the water for lap 2/3.

What's included

Race Hat

Token for all swimmers (we are currently deciding what this is) - last year it was a custom enamel mug, and another year was towels

Chip Timing (excluding Nippers and Youth)

1st, 2nd, 3rd for Adult Male and Female in 1,2 and 3 mile

Event Parking at the Golf Club

Get full directions

Your entry includes free parking from 7am until 2pm. This is in the field opposite the golf club. If you travel to the Golf Club, watch out for our Marshalls and signage.

You can also pay on the gate £10 cash for parking if no one in your car is in the adult event.
