FAQs
Can disabled runners enter?
Yes, disabled participants are welcome. All we ask is that you clearly state what your disability is, along with any assistance that will be required, on your online entry form. If you require a guided runner, please email hello@london10mile.com who will be able to provide details on how to claim a free place for your guide.

Can wheelchair racers enter?
Whilst we are always looking for ways to make our events as inclusive as possible, we unfortunately are unable to accommodate solo wheelchair racers due to the steepness of some of the climbs and descents. We can allow a wheelchair user to take part if they are being pushed by a runner. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause.
