Short Distance Aquathlon - 1500m swim and 3.5km run
Long Distance Aquathlon - 3km and a 7km run
The run routes follow the stunning gravel track around Westhorpe Lake.
Middle Distance Swim - 1500m
Long Distance Swim - 3000m
All swims take place in Westhorpe Lake. All routes are clearly marked and used every day at the lake.

Get full directionsBy Car
From Junction 4 on the M40 take the A404 towards Maidenhead. Turn left onto the A4155, after 200m take the first right then drive to the end of the road, follow signs for event parking.
From the M4 Junction 8/9 take the A404(M) to High Wycombe. Turn right onto the A4155 to Bourne End, after 200m take the first available right and follow the road until the end.
