The Bigfoot races explore the incredible Cascade Mountains. Runners will experience such varied terrain as the otherworldly Volcanic Mount St. Helens (erupted in 1980), lava fields, long mountaintop ridge lines with stunning forest, mountain and lake views, deep old growth forests as green and thick as a rainforest, misty mountain tops, and cross streams on their way to completing this massive, life changing event.

Spokane to Sandpoint Relay is a two day, 200 mile relay adventure for you and your eleven closest friends! Our course starts on top of Mt. Spokane, descends to the Spokane River, cruises nearly the full length of the Centennial Trail to Coeur d'Alene, and finishes on the beach of Lake Pend Oreille in Sandpoint, Idaho. Do not let the distance dissaude you! S2S is meant to be enjoyed by runners of all types from the couch-to-5k newbie to the hard core elite. Now in it's 12th year, S2S has fun, scenery, and camaraderie for all!

The Defiance 50k / 30k / 15k is scenic race that takes runners through the beautiful trails of Point Defiance, with over 700 acres of old growth forests and panoramic views of the Puget Sound.
Welcome to the Chocolate Chip Cookie 50K Trail Run. We are excited to share Riverside State Park in Spokane. The course has awesome views of the surrounding mountains, Spokane River valley, the CCC Suspension Bridge, and haystack rocks nearby. Runners will cover a varied terrain, with some short hills, rocks to tumble on, forest air to breathe, and open prairie. The course includes single and double track trail, forest service roads, and even a little gravel and pavement thrown in.
Thanks to runners like you, this series has raised over $180,000 for King County Parks and contributed many hundreds of hours of trail work. Join Seattle Running Club and Northwest Trail Runs in carrying this legacy forward and making this 14th annual series bigger and better than ever!
