A return of the very popular Bridport 5 km & 10 km will start and finish at St Mary's field by the football club on the western edge of Bridport.
The route will be open to traffic, however, there are plenty of places you run on wide pavements and cycle-paths and with plenty of marshals around the course (32 Last year), the run is a safe, scenic route around Bridport Town.

With lots of places for family and friends to cheer you on as with last year we have tried to make the route touch as many parts of the Town we could within the 10 km route, the 5 km is mostly through the parks and cycle paths to encourage 14's and under to run, and this makes it super safe.

Prizes for first place Male, Female and child, but everyone gets a superb medal.

The run starts in Huntey and follows gravel and muddy trails up and down. The course is 5k laps of mud, hills, fields and a graveyard. The Dusk run requires a head torch and will have a route marked with glow sticks and some spooky props and live zombies!!

The morning race will be two or three laps of the course and the first 20 finishers will receive a one off tee. Like all of Trimax Events you can expect a warm welcome and a fabulous medal at the finish!

After 14 years we are making some changes to the format of the classic South Downs Marathon Day. The routes of marathon and half marathon themselves remain unchanged but we are taking out the marathon relay and introducing a trail 10km in Queen Elizabeth Country Park.

Regrettably, the lack of safe parking at two of the relay changeovers make us believe the relay is unsafe as most cars arrive at the changeover points in the same time frame and it has become a hazard and probably an accident waiting to happen. To make up for the loss of this popular element of the marathon we have brought in a 10km route entirely within Queen Elizabeth Country Park that will cover the first 2.5 miles of the half marathon route, divert on the Staunton Way and rejoin the return section of both the marathon and half marathon on the South Downs Way at the Buriton car park entrance.

This will be the 4th running of this race, that is fast becoming the 'must do' race over the period between Christmas & New Year. Last years field of 350 runners enjoyed a beautiful day, crisp, cold and sunny, with Rob Arkell, taking the title in a time of 35.42, leading a 1-2-3 across the line. !st lady was Jen Elkins, from Southampton AC, who crossed the line in 37.14.

We have kept the prices for 2017 and will keeping the field of runners at 350. As was the case in the previous year, the event sold out with runners 'begging' for places in the run up to Christmas. Don't be one of those who were disappointed, enter now!

The Jurassic trail is not only a visually spectacular run along the Jurassic coast but also a challenge that some would class as undulating. The run has three route options and dependent on your choice depends on how much of a challenge you will have.

We love people to challenge themselves, so we welcome you to try, and remember you have all day, so the challenge is in your hands.
With a couple of water stations and a feed for the 21 km runners, what's stopping you.
At the start/Finish there will be a bag drop, coffee and cake for sale, and every finisher will get as always a really super medal, there are many beautiful places to eat a proper meal after you have finished your run, booking is advised, please mention us.

The Beyond Dartmoor sportive is about more than the usual suspects and of course our route will still pass them, Burrator dam, Haytor rocks ,etc. (Route specific).

But we have tried to find a route that's about visiting places on Dartmoor you wouldn't normally see we have open spaces, great riding lanes, superb climbs and stunning views, not only the special place that is Dartmoor but beautiful rivers, stunning woodland and quaint villages and all seen from the saddle.

Both routes will Start and Finish at the home of the Okehampton show, Stoneypark, which is on the western edge of Okehampton.

Dartmoor is another place that should be on your Sportive to do list, it's an undulating ride but flat is boring right?! The organisers have tried to include many of the must do's around Dartmoor but with 2 feeds along the route, you will have plenty of energy to complete the ride, take your time, enjoy it.

Dartmoor is stunning and is a challenge in itself so our event has no long route, mainly down to the time of the year and the number of daylight hours, we want everyone to finish, and just enjoy the ride.

A return of the popular powder fun from 2016 and 2017, gets entrants covered from head to toe in a variety of colours at various points of the course. Oh, and did we mention it's not even a run? You can choose to walk, skip or hop your way around if you feel like it. Its all about the fun and what gives you the biggest smiles!

It's not timed or really a proper run, its more for fun and we would encourage you to raise money for local charities, charities that normally don't have large-scale donations. So not only will you have great fun, get a really cool medal but you can help local good causes as well!

A return of the bouncy castle, face painting, food and drink, Its going to be a fun packed day, we strongly encourage you to bring blanket and just chill in the sun, hopefully it will build into another great community event, with your help that is.

Please share the event via social media, and lets make it a great event.
