About
The 5.30 is a 5K run/walk that takes place in the town centre at 5.30am, before a regular business day. Our 5.30 run/walk is based on the promotion of an active lifestyle supported by healthy food and a touch of art. The idea is that this will increase the wellness of the people in the town where they live and work, whilst delivering a sustainable event with zero environmental impact.
According to the creators, 5.30 is not only a sport event but also a project based on the promotion of a positive lifestyle, centered around daily physical activity and healthy eating.

Goodie Bag
You can collect your goodie bag on Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 July at the Jubilee Library, Brighton from 10am until 6pm.
If you can’t collect your goodie bag in these two days you can always do it prior to the event the following morning on New Road from 4:45am on Friday 20 July.

Where can I collect my t-shirt?
You can pick up your 5.30 t-shirt in up to 2 days before the event on the Wednesday and Thursday. Go to the calendar and click on your 5.30, there you will find the address and times where you can collect from. If you can’t collect on those days, you can pick up your shirt on the morning of the event from the registration area, from 4.45 am.
What happens in case of bad weather?
The event will take place in any weather unless safety becomes a concern. If the event is postponed, communication will be sent out via email and social media to all participants.Why 5.
30 is limited?
The limited number of participants is because we want to give a smile to everyone, without tension. Time, working day and places, have to give you the right atmosphere. But we are trying to open it more and more each year.What happens if I can’
t attend?
If you can’t attend for whatever reason, then you can transfer your place to a friend.Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or deferrals in the case of non-attendance regardless of the circumstances.I’ve lost my registration emailGo to this page in Active, enter your e-mail and password so you will see your registration.
